If coming toward town (East) on Charlotte, turn left on 11th Avenue North. Go to the second right, which is Gay Street and turn right. OIC is at the corner of 10th Circle North and Gay Street in the Ennix Jones Building. Turning left on 10th Avenue North will work also, but left turns are prohibited 6:00 AM to 9:00AM and 3:00PM to 6:00PM.
If coming from East Nashville, take the James Robertson Parkway past the traffic light at 8th Avenue North to Gay Street, which is the first right. Turn right on Gay Street. OIC is at the corner of 10th Circle North and Gay Street in the Ennix Jones Building.

If approaching from the west on I-40, Take Exit 205, the 46th Avenue Exit. Go left on 46th Avenue three blocks to Illinois Avenue (there is a stop sign at Illinois). Go left on Illinois to 51st Avenue (there is a stop sign at 51st). Go right at 51st to Centennial Blvd. (there is a traffic signal at Centennial Blvd.) Go left on Centennial Blvd to 56th Avenue. Turn left onto 56th and go one block to New York Avenue. St. Luke’s OIC facility is on the left across New York Avenue at the corner or 56th and New York Avenue.
