OIC provides services to a number of partners in the area. The partners provide students. Because GED preparation, job training and job placement are not the core activity of the partners, having OIC provide these is good for the partners, good for OIC and good for the community.

OIC brings a job-training component to Magdalene’s residents. Magdalene’s customers most often face multiple barriers.
